Babe! Happy Spring Equinox!!

Have you been feeling the energy arriving? There is so much happening astrologically too.

Can we just take a moment to celebrate the end of winter, the arrival of spring, Aries season arriving {one of my fave times} AND THE END OF MERCURY RETROGRADE???

Yes, it’s true. We survived one of the most activating and harsh mercury retrogrades in my recent memory.

BUT! Hey, it’s spring here in the northern hemisphere and we are in a time of rebirth.

I created a spring equinox activation sesh for you and it is so powerful. I did it this morning after I uploaded it and omg it was so powerful I am still buzzing.

I lead you through a Spring Equinox meditation and activation focusing on releasing winter stagnation, balancing energy through Reiki, and planting intentions for renewal. The session includes grounding techniques, sun and moon breathwork, and Reiki energy healing to align you with the season of growth.

I explain the significance of the spring equinox as a time of balance, renewal, and increased vitality, encouraging you to take action on goals and welcome new beginnings.

The meditation concludes with guidance for you to plant a personal intention as a seed in your heart space and visualize its growth, followed by suggestions for continued practice to keep you grounded and nourishing yourself as you take action to manifest your intentions this spring season.

If you don’t have time today, I recommend blocking out a half hour for yourself this weekend to do it.

And honestly it could be a really lovely daily morning practice as well.
